This 7 inch finger and wrist exercise web is a compact finger exerciser for hand therapy and grip strength. Flexion, extension, opposition and supination exercises can all be performed with the web, so one simple tool works the fingers, thumb and wrist. Resistance may be modified by adjusting your hand position, by changing the depth of finger insertion, or by moving to a different resistance (color) web. Choose Yellow X-Light or Red Light resistance.

Hold the rim of the web with one hand or lay it on a table, then push your fingers into the holes. Close the fingers into a fist against the web for flexion, spread them apart for extension, pinch toward the thumb for opposition, and turn the forearm while holding the web for supination. These hand grip exercises can be made easier or harder by inserting the fingers less or more deeply.
